There is such a thing as too much sleep. Apparently.
Getting to where you want to be in life requires energy. You spend your energy throughout the day and regain it when you sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep you’re fucked. We all know that. What many of us might not know is that getting too much sleep isn’t great either.
