Notes on doing it — Day #356: Ride your momentum
It’s much easier to keep riding your wave of productivity rather than trying to catch new ones throughout the day.
I just got done doing the dishes. Just right now. And here I am. Typing away. If we go about one year back in time, I would’ve probably spent at least 30 minutes fucking around the internet before I moved on to the next thing on my to-do list. But not today.
During the last 350 days I’ve learned that one of the most important things when it comes to staying productive, is to keep riding your momentum. Staying in get-shit-done-mode is much easier than checking in and out throughout the day.
Therefore I recommend to go on productivity sprees rather than sprinkling your spikes of effort all over the day.
